Service Policies

Location Requirements

In order to groom we require a flat surface at least 50ft. from an electrical outlet. If we are grooming curbside, please do not schedule us during street sweeping or trash days. Yes! We'll get a parking violation!

Pick up & Drop off

We understand things happen. We allow a 15 minute grace period upon pickup or drop off. Once the grace period is exceeded its $1 per minute your pet is in our care.

Cancelation Fees

Cancel fee will be assessed if not canceled 48 hours prior to appointment. Please reschedule or cancel your booked appointment 48 hours before service date.

Communication

During the process, we will be in communication should any complications occur. As your pets spa day comes to a close, we will make sure to shoot you a text we are cleaning up!

Thick coats

Thick coats will be assessed an discussed. An extra $50 fee may occur due to the rapid wear and tear on the quality of our clippers or blades. This applies to pelted coats only.

Latch-key

Must sign a waiver, and agreement in order to book a latch-key style service.
